Firstly, wow.

This photograph is amazing and so dramatic. The view is perfect and looks as though its been taken from a high vantage point whilst still showing the steady rise of the mountain into the distance.

I love how the photograph seems to be in sections, the bottom area of the photograph show a large empty area, the grey rock really brings out the bright orange colour of the moss. The next section of the photograph shows a dense area of forest in the bright sun, it creates a strong ambient yellow tone to the shot. And lastly the very top half in the distance adds to the depth of field that shows the dark trees.

The texture of the mountain and the rocky face really creates deep contrasting tones of colour, again making it so dramatic.

All in all this adds together to create a brilliant photograph with a dramatic view and beautiful deep colours.
